Robert Rogowski is a leadership and AI strategist working at the intersection of workforce transformation, organizational learning, and human-centered AI adoption. At HRSF, he brings a global perspective on how leaders can integrate emerging technologies while strengthening culture, collaboration, and organizational capability. Over the past 25+ years, Robert has led learning, organizational performance, and transformation initiatives across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. His experience includes work with Cambridge University Press & Assessment, CogBooks, ABB, Siemens, Arizona State University, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
He has held senior roles including Senior HR Manager at UPC Cablecom in Switzerland, Head of Learning and Development Services at CogBooks, and Courseware Portfolio Manager at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, where he contributed to adaptive learning strategy, product innovation, and large-scale educational transformation. His work spans executive education, adaptive learning, instructional design, cross- cultural leadership, executive facilitation, and AI-enabled workforce development.
He also led the international division of the ABB Management Development Center and curates Learning Dispatch, a newsletter focused on AI, leadership, and the future of work. Robert holds an MBA in General Management from Warsaw University and an MA in Linguistics, Teaching Pedagogy, and Culture from GdaĆsk University.
