Shuang Yueh Pui has 10+ years of experience in People Analytics with a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University.

She brings deep expertise in leveraging data and turning insights into actionable strategy — with a focus on creating more human-centered workplaces. Her experience spans areas, such as assessments, listening, performance management, and talent management across asset management, tech, consulting, retail, and academia.

Shuang is a Program Lead for the BayPA (Bay Area People Analytic) group, focusing on vendor-led knowledge sharing sessions. She enjoys mentoring early-career professionals through the Asians in I/O and the Society for People Analytics, and has served in the SIOP Training & Education Committee and the SIOP Small Grants program.
